Double Decker Demo video is live!!

See what I did there? A little alliteration. Here’s the video. Notable parts are anything Riley did, Clint’s crook into the bank, and Willy’s frontside flip.

Buckwalter Skatepark in Bluffton, SC

Tonight and last night the people of Bluffton, SC have treated us really well. We made it to Bluffton Family Seafood House and to Pour Richards. Some of the best food we’ve had all trip. The people who run those establishments are top notch. The demo today was on par with the food and service too. It seemed like all of Bluffton was at the park. Check the photos for proof. In the mean time we are becoming good friends with the Weather Channel.

Demo day 3- KONA!!

Finally made it to Kona! After a day of skating a ton of spots and heading over to the University of Jacksonville we made it to Kona and the guys skated a good demo. Riley’s got a good frontside flip and Clint’s back nose blunts are notable as well. Tony Staab and a slew of locals along with Buck Smith skated the vert ramp for a demo and Tony even asked if anyone had any old school requests. Awesome times and I got to skate the snake run.

Demo day 2 at Skatepark of Tampa

Decided to get some sleep after getting in late last night from our drive through Alligator Alley from Miami. Once everyone was up we packed up and headed over to The Bricks in Ybor City for some food. The Bricks is run by the Skatepark of Tampa crew and they do a great job at hosting a ton of events. After lunch we decided to get over to the skatepark early so the guys could warm up and skate around with the kids before the demo started. It was raining all through lunch so it was looking unlikely that Tony and Staab would get to skate the vert ramp. Luckily the sun came out about 45 minutes before the demo started and dried up the huge puddles. Tony took to the vert ramp along with Kevin Staab and a group of locals and some of the Birdhouse skate team. Afterwards we had a quick product toss and decided to get on the road. A huge thanks goes out to Clements and the guys at Skatepark of Tampa for their hospitality. Nobody does it like them.

Demo day at Westwind Skatepark in Miami

Woke up this morning and went straight to some spots after food. Almost everyone got a line at the first spot so we went straight to the demo after that. The demo was packed with kids and the heat didn’t bother them. After the demo, Jaws got swarmed by the kids for landing a sizable melon back 360, we headed to Olliewood, Alan Gelfand’s private bowl. Tony, Staab, Jaws, Riley, Hale and Gregoire all got some good runs in before we jumped on the road for our drive to Tampa.
